Clark Adam Square (Funicular)

A funicular railway, also known as the Budavári Sikló or the Budapest Castle Hill Funicular, can be found in the Hungarian capital city of Budapest. At river level, it connects Adam Clark Square and the Széchenyi Chain Bridge to the Buda Castle, which is located higher up. The line first started operating on March 2, 1870, and has been in the possession of the municipality since 1920.
