Your ticket is activated the first time you board one of our sightseeing buses, and valid for 24 - 72 hours depending on ticket type.

You'll find your ticket in the attachment of the confirmation e-mail. Please print it and show to our colleague on the bus. You also may pick up the physical ticket at our pick-up points:

Please, show your valid ticket to the bus driver when boarding.

Our buses are low-floored vehicles. But please, keep in mind that you only can use the bus with a folding wheelchair and if you have someone to help you with boarding.

Bringing pets or any kind of animals on board is not allowed. If you travel with a guide dog, please contact us at hello@hoponhopoff-budapest.com.

Yes, children under the age of 5 may use the Hop On Hop Off buses for free. We also offer a 20% discount for students with valid student IDs. A valid Budapest Card also gets you 20% off from our regular price.

Our Hop On Hop Off buses run on a strict schedule, and as we are partnered with the city of Budapest our buses are allowed to use the bus lines, still, unfortunately traffic can affect our timetable. In case of any delays, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding!

Our website uses Paypal as the primary payment option. Paypal is a safe, renowned international payment service that is completely free for the customer. Payment with Paypal is fast, easy, and can be done with any Credit or Debit Card!

All of our buses have recorded audio guides for the sights that our Hop On Hop Off tours visit! The audio guides are available in 16 different languages!

Yes, children can travel for free under 5 years.
