Hop on to the Castle Bus at Clark Ádám square and let your memorable journey begin! You may hop off at the stops to discover the sights and the hidden treasures on your own, then hop back on at the nearest Hop On Hop Off stop.
Matthias church
Szentháromság square is the heart and main center of the Castle District Budapest. The building of the former Buda City Hall, Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion are also located here. Visiting the panorama terrace is highly recommended!
Buda Tower
The Church of Mary Magdalene is one of the oldest churches in Castle District Budapest, however only its tower survived the events of the past centuries. Entrance is free with your Budapest Card, buy it online!
Buda Castle, Dísz square
Due to its location and role during Hungarian history, the Dísz square became an iconic spot of Budapest. The famous Honvéd-memorial here is a popular meeting point of the locals too.
Varkert bazaar
The last stop in the Castle District Budapest is Castle Garden Bazar, which is definitely worth your time to walk around. Don’t miss the natural treasures in its Neo-Renaissance garden and the wonderful panoramic view from its terrace.
